We are open 24/7, 365 days a year. However, on weekends and public holidays, the alarm system is activated (the red LED will be on).
Don’t worry: you’ll find all the instructions on how to access your office in the regulations provided with your contract.
It depends! You can use rooms 4, 5, 6, and the Call Room for free for up to three hours per day by booking time slots in your reserved area.
Rooms 1-2 and 3 require a fee, which you can check in the booking area.

Starting from February 14, for safety reasons, we kindly ask you not to stop, pass through, or walk near the entrance at Via Tortona 54 unless necessary, as the area will be busy with special vehicle operations.

A meeting point for music professionals, artists, producers, sound engineers, agents, promoters, and music lovers, the musicROOMS offer 600 sqm of dedicated space, operating as a project house model for freelancers and high-potential startups in the music industry.
The iconic feature of the musicROOMS is the CAPSULA—a transparent box equipped for 360° filming, streaming, auditions, listening sessions, recordings, showcases, invite-only events, and workshops.
At BASE, you can always learn something new. If you’re looking for a space for meetings, talks, training sessions, or workshops, the learningROOMS are for you. Find them in the Venue section of our website.

Not exactly a coworking space, but something more special. We select the organizations that join based on shared values, project alignment, and our evolving community ecosystem.
Since we are a Project House, our contracts last at least one year—the minimum time needed to foster meaningful collaborations and shared visions.
However, you can always do smart working at BASE! The best place for that is the Ground Hall—free access, comfy sofas, power outlets, Wi-Fi, and the bistro right next to you.
You can send us a request through our contact form, telling us about your work, projects, vision, and why you should be part of Project House. And, of course, how you could contribute to our community!
With 12,000 sqm, there’s space for everyone!
