RUMORE in Studio: electronic experiments and new reverberations with infinite echo

by BASE Milano

At Volvo Studio Milano comes Rumore in Studio: from February to May, four events curated by BASE Milano, in collaboration with Le Cannibale, with Federico Albanese, BLUEM, Kety Fusco and LNDFK.

An exclusive dimension in the center of Milan, an intimate and intriguing atmosphere, a refined music that surprises and amazes.

RUMORE in Studio arrives at Volvo Studio Milano: from February to May, four events curated by BASE Milano, in collaboration with Le Cannibale, with Federico Albanese, BLUEM, Kety Fusco and LNDFK.

The artist is taken away from the major stages of clubs and festivals for one evening and returns to the intimacy of a live studio.

Fusions of modern classic and electronics, jazz influences, folk contaminations, avant-garde pop tracks. Great sounds and atmospheres envelop an intimate place and vibrate with an emotion of impact and vast echo.

At RUMORE in Studio:

FEDERICO ALBANESE

One of the most promising modern-neo-classical pianists, like artists like Olafur Arnalds, Nils Frahm, Max Richter. At Volvo Studio Milano Federico Albanese opens RUMORE in Studio with a special live that blends modern classic, jazz influences, electronic tracks and avant-garde pop.

BLUEM

BLUEM is the project of Chiara Floris, a young Sardinian singer-songwriter and producer born in 1995 who has been living in London for years. It is considered one of the most interesting and original names of contemporary Italian music. The work of BLUEM is based on a deep understanding and appreciation of the uniqueness of the heritage and folklore of Sardinia, which combines contemporary and avant-garde languages.

KETY FUSCO

Kety Fusco is a Swiss Italian musician defined by the international press as “the queen of the electronic harp”. Accompanying synthesizers, loops, harp and effects this acclaimed composer – already the first harp of major European orchestras – develops sounds influenced simultaneously by experimental electronics and classical background. The harpist creates an innovative sound, contaminated by the noise of vinyl scratched on metal strings, objects beaten on the soundboard of the classical harp pre-campionata and applied live effects.

LNDFK

Producer and songwriter, daughter of two different cultures, Italian mother and Arab father, raised in Naples. LNDFK is influenced by jazz, neo-soul and hip-hop, all filtered through its wealth of experience and sensitivity. It was supported by numerous international radio stations (BBC, Worldwide FM, NTS) until the 2019 performance of the Primavera Sound in Barcelona.
