Through artistic explorations guided by science and technology, RESILIENCE challenges established notions of urban space, using sound to map the affective and anthropic ecologies of future cities.

BETWEEN BASE

Milan becomes an open, evolving field of performance—where art sparks encounters and proximity becomes the first gesture in imagining new alliances. FAROUT continues to extend into the city with site‑specific projects from Giambellino to Barona, Porta Genova through transforming neighborhoods—rewriting the relationship between art and public space.

FAROUT’s city‑wide events are part of CAVALCAVIA, produced with support from Milan Municipality as part of Milano è Viva nei Quartieri.

Several FAROUT‑produced shows feature in the a beautiful presence program at Linecheck 2025: including Olimpia Fortuni + Katatonic Silentio, gruppo nanou, and OvO.

The Linecheck Meeting & Conference program is co‑curated with BASE and FAROUT, featuring special sessions on the intersecting sonic and performative dimensions—enriching the experience with dialogue across creative professional communities.

Linecheck is an international music meeting and festival that explores contemporary language in music and performative arts across Milan and Bologna.
