Starting this spring, BASE welcomes Lavazza, the Italian coffee producer founded in Turin in 1895 and one of the main players on the global coffee scene.
A new partnership that meets the public at the tables of bistroBASE, a dynamic space dedicated to creativity and criss-crossed every day by people and events inspired by art, culture and innovation.
Lavazza becomes the official coffee of BASE with the La Reserva de ¡Tierra! Cuba, which originates in the Santiago and Granma plantations. Here, Fondazione Lavazza is committed to long-term partnerships to support the sustainable development of local farming communities. Together with 170 farmers from Santiago and Granma, the Lavazza Foundation aims to improve the quality of Cuban coffee and support the sustainable development of local farming communities.
To celebrate the new partnership, BASE and Lavazza will offer special brunches every Sunday dedicated to our community: the first event is on Sunday 21 April, to end We Will Design 2024 on a high note.
