Moleskine Foundation A Creativity Revival – Closing Party W/ Valentino Barrioseta & Kikelomo Oludemi

A Creativity Revival ends the way good gatherings do: with a party.

Two DJ sets, both from Creativity Pioneers, will keep the dancefloor moving until midnight. At 9PM, Valentino Barrioseta, co-founder of Bridges for Music, takes the decks. Bridges for Music is a non-profit organisation that gives young people in
Langa, one of Cape Town’s oldest townships, access to DJ equipment, mentorship and music education, built on the belief that electronic music is a universal language that can cross social divides.

At 10:30PM, Kikelomo Oludemi takes over. A DJ and co-founder of Oroko Radio, the online station that started in Accra and has become a global home for African and diasporic voices, she will carry the night on with her mixes of Afro tech.

For the Creativity Pioneers, it is a moment to celebrate together at the end of the gathering. Foreveryone joining from the city, it is a chance to meet them and to dance to sounds shaped by communities that use music to open doors.

Whether you know the Creativity Pioneers or have simply walked past BASE on your way home, you are welcome. Come with friends, come curious, and come ready to dance.

Bio

A Creativity Revival is the annual UnConference of the Creativity Pioneers, now in its fourth year. It takes place at BASE Milano from 12 to 16 October 2026, bringing more than 150 Creativity Pioneers from around the world together to learn from one another, share their work and celebrate.

An UnConference is a gathering shaped by its participants: instead of a fixed line-up of experts, workshops and discussions grow from the ideas of the people in the room. On 14 and 15 October, part of the programme opens to the public.

The Creativity Pioneers are cultural and creative organisations from around the world that use creativity to address social challenges, from climate change and youth unemployment to conflict. They are part of the Creativity Pioneers Fund, launched in 2021 by Moleskine Foundation, which invests in, connects and champions these organisations through flexible funding, peer exchange and a global network.

Moleskine Foundation is a non-profit organisation based at BASE Milano, working for Creativity for Social Change: the belief that creativity is not only a gift to humanity but a necessity for rethinking and rebuilding institutions, communities and the world.
