HELLO DARKNESS Living Where Everything Resists. A Conversation with Donato Giovannelli and Valeria Verdolini

Hello Darkness
talk
hello darkness

A look at the most hostile environments on our planet, between science and sociology.

A talk with biologist and science communicator Donato Giovannelli and researcher and sociologist Valeria Verdolini, moving through unknown territories to learn from forms of life and resistance, and to come together as a community in search of new ways of coexistence and political imagination.

Donato Giovannelli explores Earth’s extreme environments to show how the unexplored can guide new readings of the future. From the hostile and seemingly impossible environments of the prison system, Valeria Verdolini reflects on utopias and possible transformations emerging from the most fragile margins of society.
