FAROUT Live Arts Festival Vitamina — NeverStopScrollingBaby

performance

An eminently contemporary addiction and a metaphor for the urgency of content consumption in our time, scrolling, the irrepressible gesture of moving from one image to another, is at the origin of this creation

neverstopscrollingbaby is a continuous flow of information, a game of acceleration and hormonal impulses. With its first project, VITAMINA explores the dynamics that shape our hyper-connected and superfluid reality—one that is constantly chasing the sensational, the exhilarating, and the revolutionary. The result is a dance solo that becomes an incessant physical struggle, an attempt to manipulate and disrupt our desires and expectations.

Bio

VITAMINA is a fascination for raw human behaviour, directed by Alessandra Ferreri and Joshua Vanhaverbeke. We see our work as an attempt to process modern existence, driven by a particular interest in representations of the obscene and the display of excess in all its forms.
