You are invited to collaboratively build a digital home in The Sims, using imagination as a tool to explore and challenge the invisible structures of power that shape our world.
By taking part in one of the gaming sessions—either online or in person—you will contribute to the creation of one of the house’s seven rooms. Each room reflects a specific sphere of influence, transforming everyday domestic spaces into critical, speculative environments.
These sessions are not about gaming skills, but about imagination, storytelling, and collective reflection. Through simple actions, objects, and narratives, participants will help construct “counter-images” that reveal what is often left unseen: the intimate spaces where power is lived, normalized, and reproduced.
Whether you join remotely or at BASE, your contribution will become part of a shared installation that reclaims image-making as a collective and political act.
