Tempo Radicale is a site-specific multimedia installation by Ultravioletto, a Rome-based artist collective that forges new kinships and connects measurable time with the living, ever-changing rhythms of nature. Two environments intertwine within Room 2100: one marks the seconds of the event with pulses of light, while the other reveals real-time growth of mycelium (fungus) through an AI-generated video.
The installation culminates in a live performance, where sound and visuals are transformed into a narrative inspired by the mycelium itself.
