After organizing numerous talks, book presentations, and public discussions, it’s time to explore new forms of expression—continuing to address issues that matter to the community, not only through words, but also through images.
The aim of Liberamente is to give voice first and foremost to underrepresented identities, while also shedding light on stories that are rarely told. This solo exhibition by Nasrin Abbasi, curated by Federica Cavriana, features powerful photographs that invite reflection on landscapes, customs, and cultures far from the Western gaze.
Bio
Liberamente is a grassroots, nonprofit project by Silvia Puelli and Jessica Sinigaglia, focused on sharing and civic participation by citizens.
It is a free and open meeting place for all: we meet once a month in Milan to bring the debate from the digital world to the real world, accompanied by activist who help us understand more and open our minds.
We step out of the confines of our screens to talk freely about rights, the future, the environment, feminism, fatphobia, racism and more.
Liberamente is a safe space to learn, reflect and grow together. All people are welcome and invited to share their ideas and stories.
