The independent festival, created and curated by a team of under-25 creatives, brings two fresh voices from the emerging scene to the stage: Luca Fol and Sapada.
After energizing both the summer and winter seasons at BASE with raw and experimental live shows, EMERGENTISSIMI steps beyond its usual boundaries and lands in the outdoor area of Volvo Studio, kicking off a new cycle of events designed to offer visibility, training, and real opportunities to young talents from the independent music scene.
Three dates in June, before returning to BASE in July. A growing community, and a scene worth listening to closely.
Bio
Luca Fol is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Rimini. After debuting with English-language songs, he released the album Io sono meno inglese di thè in 2022 and took part in X Factor. His music, blending pop and contemporary songwriting, explores the delicate balance of inner worlds.
Sapada is a Veneto-based duo made up of a singer-songwriter and a funky bass player. Their intimate, rustic sound comes through in the album Utopia (2021) and singles like Nome Palindromo and San Luigi (o il Dio della Musica), often performed in spontaneous live sessions. They’re currently working on new music that drifts between indie, borderland tales, and improvisation.
EMERGENTISSIMI is an independent festival organized by a team of under-25 creatives working across music and communication. Since 2024, the project has found a home at BASE Milano, where it has presented a diverse lineup of emerging musicians during its summer and winter editions—offering a genuine space for live performance. The festival’s mission is to support independent music by creating an environment where artists can grow without the pressure of competition.
This June, EMERGENTISSIMI lands at Volvo Studio Milano with three nights of live music before returning to BASE in July. The Volvo Studio chapter is designed to give visibility and training to young talents, while celebrating the richness of the independent music scene.
