From Thursday 4 July to Sunday 7 July, Vertigo Film Fest returns to BASE a review of short films, enriched by panels of discussion, culture and conviviality, to explore the itinerant soul of the festival and try to find an answer to these questions.
The evenings of Vertigo Film Fest, four like the Zones of Proximity, are structured to describe distance and proximity, in human relations but also in relation to places or buildings. We read these spaces in the environments we most experience and share on a daily basis: the home, the piazza, the cinema and the city.
The home is the Intimate Zone, a personal and private environment, on which the festival will focus its attention, proposing to investigate the perception we have of domestic space, how it is and how it has profoundly changed, becoming a fundamental good but not accessible to all and constituting, in our contemporary times, major issues and social debates.
