Lucia Palladino, a Brussels-based multimedia artist and researcher, she explores the field of performance and choreography by integrating artistic practice with motherhood. Her work focuses on the encounter with the other, questioning identity and language. Defining herself as a walking artist, she creates site-specific performances and devices based on games, video and writing. She brought to BASE the project ‘Correspondances’, which investigates language in a deconstructionist key, addressing social, gender and species classes to explore new modes of expression.
