In this module with economist Azzurra Rinaldi, we will explore the financial commitment of parenthood, highlighting the importance for both parents to invest in their careers. This approach not only enhances the family\u2019s well-being but also contributes to the health of the society in which we live. It is an opportunity to reflect on the value of professional choices as a lever for the future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Geni.a.l<\/strong> is a new series of free meetings organized by Terziario Donna Confcommercio Milano and the Municipality of Milan. The goal is to help parents organize their time, finances, and return to work after the arrival of a child, with coaching advice and the sharing of best practices. The series consists of three sessions from October to December at BASE Milano on Saturday mornings for parents.
