For Fuorisalone 2025, the Giardino Gianfranco Bianchi, in the heart of the southern outskirts of Milan, becomes the symbolic location of a project that explores the theme of hospitality. Through the creation of an “Arena Stadera”, this space is transformed into a place of gathering, exchange and reflection.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The project comes to life through the use of innocent tubes and fabrics<\/strong>: simple but extremely versatile materials that allow the construction of a lightweight, welcoming, and symbolically powerful structure. “Arena Stadera”<\/strong> is not just an artistic installation, but a dynamic place where words<\/strong> and images<\/strong> intertwine to tell stories of hospitality and inclusion. Key words related to the theme, such as “hospitality”<\/strong>, “sharing”<\/strong>, and “community”<\/strong>, will be printed on the fabrics of the structure, transforming the cathedral into a place for collective reflection<\/strong>.

The project is activated with a series of events<\/strong> and interventions<\/strong>, involving different artists who, during the opening month, will bring performances<\/strong>, meetings<\/strong> and workshops<\/strong> to life for the entire community of Stadera’s neighbourhood. Every day, the garden behaves as a stage, open to all forms of cultural expression<\/strong>, becoming a true center of aggregation<\/strong> and social cohesion<\/strong>.

“Arena Stadera”<\/strong> is not limited to decorating the public space, but becomes an act of reclaiming the territory, a reflection on the role of urban spaces as places for sharing and building communal relationships<\/strong>.

“Arena Stadera” aims to stimulate the sense of belonging<\/strong> and active participation of citizens, creating an environment in which each individual can feel welcomed and part of an evolving community.

In an era where the concept of “hospitality”<\/strong> is becoming ever more central, “Arena Stadera”<\/strong> represents a unique opportunity to experiment with a new way of experiencing public spaces, revealing the transformative potential that arises from collaboration<\/strong> and collective creativity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIO<\/strong>

Carolina Amoretti<\/strong>, born in Liguria in 1988, lives and works in Milan as a photographer, designer and creative director. Passionate about photography from a very young age, in 2010 she won a scholarship for “Fabrica”: the research center of the Benetton group founded by Oliviero Toscani, specialized in visual communication. From there, she began collaborating with important magazines, brands and artists. In 2015, she founded the “Fantabody”<\/strong> project, dedicated to the colorful female universe and in 2019 she won the Fashion Film Festival<\/strong> of Milan. In 2021, she created Fantastudio<\/strong>, a physical space that brings together creatives, enhances the Stadera district and promotes projects related to small territories.

Sara Ricciardi <\/strong>is a multifaceted designer engaged in creative direction and multidisciplinary design. Using a scenic, happy, ironic and elegant approach, her work spans from interior & retail projects to public installations, exhibitions and product design for companies and art galleries. She studied in Milan, Istanbul, and New York and in 2015 opened her studio (Sara Ricciardi Studio<\/em>), then in 2021 she inaugurated Pataspazio, an atelier and research space based in Milan. She teaches co-design and performance courses at NABA \u2013 Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti<\/strong> and conducts international “Design Thinking” workshops. Her motto is “Form follows poetry”.

Annamaria Ajmone<\/strong> is a dancer and choreographer. At the heart of her research is the body, understood as a malleable and changeable material capable of creating parallels and temporal overlays. For her productions, she works with collaborators with whom she shares the creative process. From 2021 to 2024, she is an associated artist at Triennale Milano Teatro<\/strong>, and in 2015 she won the Danza&Danza 2015<\/strong> award as ‘Best Emerging Contemporary Performer.'”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Performing Architecture<\/strong> is a project born from the collaboration between BASE Milano and DOPO?, and is among the winning initiatives of Festival Architettura<\/strong>, promoted by the Directorate-General for Contemporary Creativity <\/strong>of the Italian Ministry of Culture<\/strong> to support, promote, and enhance contemporary Italian architecture.
