Throughout the design process, they moved beyond mere aesthetic considerations, using leftover materials from previous productions and minimizing processing steps to reduce energy consumption during manufacturing.<br><br>The result is a series of objects and furnishings built to last, which, precisely because of their longevity, have a significantly lower environmental impact throughout their lifecycle. The products are developed in collaboration with Petrozzi Design Srls, a leading company in plastic material processing, ensuring that these objects align with the evolving standards of eco-sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px;letter-spacing:-0.15px\">BIO<br>RUFA, Rome University of Fine Arts, is a multidisciplinary and international institution of higher education\u2014legally recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR)\u2014offering accredited and innovative programs in the fields of Art, Design, Visual Communication, Audiovisual Production, Fashion, Game Design, and Media Arts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Designers attempt to overcome this issue by creating new materials from recycled plastics, but this process often involves high energy consumption, ultimately reducing the sustainability of the resulting furniture.
