{"id":21064,"date":"2024-07-17T11:56:12","date_gmt":"2024-07-17T09:56:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/base.milano.it\/una-pratica-per-la-libera-circolazione-dei-progetti\/"},"modified":"2024-11-06T15:27:38","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T14:27:38","slug":"una-pratica-per-la-libera-circolazione-dei-progetti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/base.milano.it\/en\/una-pratica-per-la-libera-circolazione-dei-progetti\/","title":{"rendered":"A practice for free movement of projects"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\"><strong>How many &#8211; and which &#8211; projects do we leave behind when selecting others?\u00a0The answer we would like to give is: none.\u00a0This is why last month saw the birth of\u00a0Per una libera circolazione dei progetti, an innovative practice of sharing projects and materials designed not to abandon extremely relevant projects by resetting all the design and creative work still in progress and not to let this collective wealth disappear, keeping alive the connection between artists and the world of cultural institutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">After the launch of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/base.milano.it\/en\/endangered-ensemble-call-for-two-artistic-residencies\/\"><u>ENdangered ENsemble<\/u><\/a>, a call for two artistic residencies promoted by BASE with the co-curatorship of Silvia Calderoni and Ilenia Caleo, we received over 70 applications and many projects stood out for their intelligence, quality and depth of research. In addition to the artists who were awarded the residency &#8211; Danila Gambettola and Martina Rota &#8211; Calderoni and Caleo expressed the need not to disperse the large amount of material that was produced by non-selected artists.<br><br>We presented the works on June 17th with an online practice of about an hour and a half in front of a core group of operators sensitive to the themes and languages of the call.
